Let us know what exact model you TV is. First you want to check if it is the backlight that has failed. In a darkened room turn the TV to a station that is on the air. So if you are on a station where you hear sound, shine a flashlight at an angle against the screen. Let us know if you can make out silhouettes etc. If so it is your backlight. Could be a power board issue as well as a backlight array issue. If not then it is possible that it is a mainboard or t-con board issue. Again, we do need the model number,"
