Strange Startup Issues, not capacitors, video and pics included.

ANSWERS:
@paintufast the solarized look of the panel as well as the audio disturbance suggest that this is a Main Board issue. If you have the schematic you can check the connectors but ultimately I'd go for a replacement
Pete, I am having exactly the same problem with my set. It started slowly, at first I got an odd solarized display, then sometimes the TV would shut itself off, restart and in a few minutes start normally. About a month ago, it started taking an hour or more to become “normal” and then it stopped becoming normal altogether. I then turned it off, or actually unplugged it because it would spend all day trying to sort itself out, and as your video shows, sometimes it made a horrible screeching noise on start up, and we couldn’t tolerate that.
