TV Startup Music with no Picture after Main Board Replacement

I was advised by an electronics technician that the main board in my Sony XBR65X850F was bad. I ordered the replacement online and completed the swap myself. Now, when I plug the TV in to power, I hear the relay click and see repeatedly alternating flashing green and amber LED light and the startup music the TV plays when entering setup is audible but no image or backlight of the screen is occuring.
