We have an LG TV with the same issue at our shop
We have an LG TV with the same issue at our shop. We have already switched all 3 boards and the cables (using multiple combinations) with no luck. I do not feel like its a back light issue due to the menu screens still being clear. It only happens when you try to play a video through any kind of video service, hook up a game system, etc. Its not even displaying an image when you connect the tv to a phone via smart view. We are at a dead end and on the verge of marking the device as unrepairable. Any ideas?
