Which boards cause the green screen? Main board or power supply board?
I have 47LV5500 smart tv. It shows green screen and bad picture. Is it from the main board or power supply board?

Bad picture could be the mainboard as that is where the signal processing is done but it could also be the power board or the panel itself.
More diagnosis and testing would be required to know exactly where.

Does the TV logo screen show OK at startup? Can you view the Tv menu screens OK? If so this shows that the power board and panel fundamentals are OK and that to a degree the mainboard is OK too, at least the output from the mainboard to the panel. It may be the mainboard's input section that is the problem
Have you tried different inputs, input types e.g. coax, HDMI, Component video, Composite video, input cables, a different signal source e.g. dvd player to see if there is any improvement or change in the picture?
