Why is my Galaxy Buds continually disconnecting from my phone?

Why is my Galaxy Buds continually disconnecting from my phone?
They constantly disconnect from my samsung galaxy phone, when I'm in the middle of listening. I have tried cleaning them, charging them and resetting them, and it hasn't helped. Does anyone have any suggestions?
