Why is my screen flickering on one side?

My Tv , LG47LN5750, has recently had the LEDs replaced. Now upon Startup, the left side will get darker for about 2 seconds then go back to normal for 2 seconds. Is this a board issue or one with the LEDs?

ANSWERS:

"@lowbudgetman since you just had the LED’s replaced I would consider this to be an issues with the backlight strips. Of course you do want to check the LED power voltage from your power board. See if that voltage varies by side. If it does not it is most likely an issue with the backlight strip

Update (05/28/2020)

@lowbudgetman lets try to adjust the voltage. Go into your menu by pressing the ADJ button on the remote controller for adjustment.

■ select V-COM (Option 14)

■ As pushing the right or the left button on the remote controller, And find the V-COM value Which is no or

minimized the Flicker. (If there is no flicker at default value, Press the exit key and finish the VCOM adjustment.)

■ Push the OK key to store the value. Then the message “Saving OK” is pop.

■ Press the exit key to finish V-COM adjustment.

Again let us know what you find.

@lowbudgetman let me recap a few things. Your power board should be an LG EAY62810801 correct? That means our LED B+ must be somewhere between 93 ~118 V. your measured 54V is not enough to drive the backlights. Measure the voltage on P801 and let us know what you get on there."
