Why won’t my HDMI extender cables work on my new monitor? I’ve been using this extender cable on my old tv.

"According to that product's documentation, there are some performance limitations.

1. For some devices, the HDMI Switch may not work when only one input device is powered on. In this case, please turn on two or all the three input source devices to provide enough power.

2. This HDMI Switch supports up to 4K/30Hz. If your input device (such as PS4 Pro) runs 4K/60Hz, it won't work. In this case, please lower the resolution on your input device.

3. This HDMI Switch can't switch automatically, only by manually pressing the SELECT button.

4. For PS4 Pro (and, presumably, PS5) this HDMI switch supports up to 2160P-YUV420. 2160P-RGB is not supported yet."
