Why won’t my truck crank?

Why won’t my truck crank? We have replaced computer, fuel pump and filter and oil sending unit and rebuilt distributor. Cleans battery terminals and checked all wires. Firing at all plugs. Will turn over but not crank. Can spray ether into throttle body and it will crank and run fine. HELP
