PhilWeb Corporation Stockholders approves the stock dividend declaration

At the annual stockholders' meeting of PhilWeb Corporation (the "Company") held in April 19, 2012, the stockholders, representing not less than two-thirds (2/3) of the outstanding capital stock, approved the declaration of a twenty percent (20%) stock dividend payable on 30 May 2012 to shareholders of record as of 4 May 2012.
