The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approves on March 16, 2012 the amendment to the Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws of San Miguel Corporation extending the corporate term for another fifty (50) years, and changing the date of the annual meeting of the company from second Tuesday of May to second Tuesday of June, respectively.
