Sky Cable/Broadband Disconnection Policy and Late Fees

To Sky Cable/Broadband subscribers, please be reminded of this Sky Cable policy. If your Sky Cable or Broadband account is 2 months overdue (or you've never paid for 2 months), your Sky Cable account is subject for disconnection. If you pay your bill late or if your bill is 30 days past due from payment due date, you will be charged 3%.
So take and pay your bill seriously to avoid inconvenience (disconnection and service charges).

Hello SKy broadband,

I would like to cancel my subscription because the internet connection since we've started our installation has not been good or helpful. It could not meet the demands of my job using facebook and skype daily, especialyl facebook.
It has caused me a great amount of stress because I have been unproductive due to bad connection.

I would like to fairly announce that I no longer wish to continue my subscription. It has been 2 weeks and I've finally decided that I could not continue with this service.

Been waiting for the currrent bill as of January. Will need to pay the previous one maybe we will be disconnected. Bayadcenter will not accept the December bill and thus referred us to a center which is too far from my area.
