2. Text ASKVECO OUTAGE COMPLETE ADDRESS. Complete address must include house number, name of street, name of subdivision or village, name of baranggay and city.
For example: ASKVECO OUTAGE #771 C. Padilla St., Duljo, Fatima, Cebu City
3. Text ASKVECO OUTAGE POLE NO. The pole number can be found in the pole.
For example: ASKVECO OUTAGE V0123-2
