The Meeting aims to: a) receive reports of the National President and the National Treasurer; b) elect four (4) regular members of the National Executive Board; c) receive amendments to the BSP By-laws; d) conduct the National Court of Honor; and e) hold the Awarding Ceremonies for the Tribute to the Scoutmaster 2012, Ten (10) Outstanding Local Council Chairmen and Ten (10) Outstanding Local Commissioners.
Attendees/Participants to the ANCM are the BSP National Executive Board Members, DepEd Officials involved in Scouting, Council Chairmen, Local Council Scout Executives and other Local Council Officials representing 113 Local Councils and 10 Scouting Regions of the BSP.
Participants from the Department of Education (DepEd) are authorized to attend on official business. The registration fee, accommodation, transportation and other incidental expenses to be incurred by the participating DepEd Officials and personnel shall be charged to their local funds or local school board funds, subject to its availability and the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
