The Seminar-Workshop aims to:
- help assist the participants with disabilities in their daily lives;
- enable them to become an active contributors to the community and society at large;
- strengthen the delivery of CBR and the day-to-day practice in the field;
- help them to initiate and to strengthen CBR programs; and
- prepare a CBR project proposal for funding purposes.
The target participants to this activity are the policy makers, health care workers, medical practitioners/specialized physicians e.g. nurses to psychologists, special education (SPED) teachers/regular classroom teachers, technical-vocational (Tech- Voc) officials and faculty members, Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) workers, community workers, project workers, clergies and other church members, parents and persons with disabilities (PWDs) who can speak for themselves.
