Paragraph No. 1 of DepEd Order No. 12, s. 2004 entitled "Revised
Implementing Guidelines for the DepEd Provident Fund" which states that
"Applicants whose net take home pay is less than Three Thousand Pesos
(P3,000.00) are not eligible to borrow from the Fund..." is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"Applicants whose net take home pay is less than Five Thousand Pesos (PhP5,000.00) are not eligible to borrow from the Fund."
This amendment is pursuant to Section 37 of the General Provisions of Republic Act No. 10155, General Appropriations Act of Fiscal Year (FY) 2012, Section X. 9 and consonant with DepEd Order No. 8, s. 2012 entitled "Implementation of P5, 000.00 Net Take Home Pay for DepEd Personnel." All other provisions and previous issuances contrary to this Order is rescinded. Immediate dissemination of and strict compliance with this Order is directed. - https://www.affordablecebu.com/
