Philippine Academy of Family Physicians (PAFP) 51st Anniversary and Annual Convention

The Philippine Academy of Family Physicians (PAFP) will hold its 51st Anniversary and Annual Convention with the theme "The Family Physician: C.H.A.M.P.I.O.N. of Filipino Families" on February 15-18, 2012 at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), Pasay City.
The doctors/physicians of both public and private schools are invited to attend this activity.
The registration fee are as follows:

i am a resident physician here at ibajay district hospital in kalibo aklan. I will attend the 3 day convention at the PICC. the hospital however requires me to have a formal letter of invitation to the said convention so that i will be issued by our provincial office an "official travel order". please assist me on this. thank you and more power to the PAFP.
