Grant of Vacation Service Credits for Election Duties

Pursuant to Article X, Section 76 of the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) Resolution No. 9030 dated September 21, 2010, all teachers and school officials on teacher's leave basis who served as Board of Election Tellers (BETS) during the Synchronized Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections on October 25, 2010 shall be granted vacation service credits of five (5) days.

The authorized grant of five (5) days vacation service credits is exclusive of the fifteen (15) days maximum service credits which are allowed for every year under DepEd Order No. 53, s. 2003.
