PAG-IBIG announces its new location beginning June 1, 2011

Philippines - PAG-IBIG (Home Development Mutual Fund) announces that its new office location will be on the 6th and 7th floors of Filomena Building. Filomena Building is located at 104 Amorsolo St., Legaspi Village, Makati City (behind Makati Medical Center).
6th Floor:

ask ko lng po kc po gusto ko icontinue ung payment ng house ko s calamba.. almost two years n po akong di nakakapag payment ng monthly amortization... then ang plan ko po ituloy ang pagbayad by 2months two months hanggang maupdate ang hulog ko.. wala po kc akong makuha pang down s hinihingi para condonation program.. at pwede po ba ipawave ang penalties nun? kc po Lalo kaming magigipit dahil dun.. and ung sa employer po ba namin hindi credit ang kinakaltas sa amin considering n my contribution kami very months...

I thought rare ang problem ko na wala ako natatanggap na billing statement. Havent paid my outstanding since lastyear, naubusa kas akong pdc and no receiving billing statements as well, kaya its really hard to pay without it.
Meron lang ako nabasa...wala na ulit sa filmena bldg ang pag iig? Is that true?how do we know if youmdidnt even send us notifications kung san ba talaga ofc? Ls time nasayang lakad ko..dahil wala na pala sa atrium...!

Good day. I wish to request for the issuance of monthly Billing Statement for me to be able to pay my monthly housing amortization via payment centers particularly at SM malls. My address is B4 L5 carissa homes, paliparan 1, dasmarinas city, cavite. I'm currently paying my amortization at Pagibig,Imus branch and I have a hard time paying because it's far and especially now it's rainy season. Before I pay my amortization tru PDC's however my bank got closed that's why i am paying at imus. Payment thru payment centers will be more advantageous to me and to Pagibig since it paves a smoother access for regular payments. I called (02) 8114351 for assistance of it but they responded that they have regularly send billing statements and the problem is on the post office on why i have not recieved any billing statements since Dec 2008 however, I believe that Pag-ibig is also responsible to see to it that Its mails are sent.

Hoping for your affirmative response to my request. thank you.
