The Congress aims to equip the participants with the proper analytical tools in the form of basic economic concepts, which will help them in formulating a critical and well-formed evaluation of the current state of the Philippine society, more importantly, its government.
The target participants to this activity are high school students from both public and private schools nationwide.
Participation of both public and private schools shall be subject to the no-disruption-of-classes policy as stipulated in DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 entitled Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-on-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith.
