Forum on Quality Education for All Through Mother Tongue-Based-Multilingual Education (MTB-MLE)

The Ateneo de Davao University (ADDU) Language Center, SIL Philippines, Save the Children, Translation Association of the Philippines, University of Southern Mindanao (College of Education) and the Eggie Apostol Foundation will hold its Forum on Quality Education for All Through Mother Tongue-Based-Multilingual Education (MTB-MLE): In Celebration of the 2012 International Literacy Day on September 15, 2012 at the ADDU, Davao City.
This Forum aims to heighten public awareness on issues on literacy in the country and how mother tongue-based-multilingual education (MTB-MLE) under the new K to 12 Curriculum seeks to address these issues to provide greater access to education and quality instruction.

The target participants to this activity are students and teachers from both public and private schools.

Participation of both public and private schools shall be subject to the no-disruption-of-classes policy as stipulated in DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 entitled "Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-on-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith.”
