The University of the Philippines (UP) through College of Social
Sciences and Philosophy (CSSP) will conduct the Training-Workshop on
Religion, Gender and Sexuality with the theme " Defending Our Faith:
Religion, Gender and Sexuality," from May 29 to June 1, 2012 at the UP-
CSSP Multi-Media Room, UP-Diliman, Quezon City.
The Training-Workshop aims to: - give the participants tools for discernment about gender and sexuality-related issues vis-a-vis issues on religion; and
- serve as venue for Reproductive Health (RH) advocates to be able to reconcile their personal faith with their work.
Participants to this activity are teachers from both elementary and secondary schools and tertiary educational institutions nationwide. Each participant shall be charged a registration fee of Four Thousand Pesos (PhP4,000.00) to cover expenses for workshop kit, lunch (4), snacks (8) and certificate of participation.
