hello good day po maam/sir i would like to follow up regrading on my complain last November 17, 2016 kasi na debit po yun sa inyu ONB please, I am hoping that my cash will come back as soon as possible. I am already been visited to your branch, then advised me to wait 15 days.

Good morning po. Concern ko po bakit ang tagal po ninyong binalik yung na undispense ko po cash sa atm machine ninyo po sa baganga branch masyado na naman pong matagal na maximum na ng po yung 15days pero pinaabot ninyo na po ng ganun alam nyo po ba na may Saving Account din po ako sa inyo kaya dun pa ako nag.withdraw kahit BPI atm card po ako kasi i.sisave ko din naman sa inyo please naman po paki balik na po ng pera ko pinaghirapan ko po yun ano po ito modus...!!!

Hi good day

Nag withdraw ako kagabi sa onenetwork atm machine nyo using my maybank atm card.
Pag withdraw ko may nakalagay "unable to get response from your bank" then nag try ako ulit this time ung lumabas "your request is being process" ang tagal q naghintay taz unavailable lang lumabas
Ngayon morning nag try ako ulit mag withdraw but wala na laman ung atm ko. Na debit nyo na wala man lang na release na pera.

Paano ba ako pwede mag complain regarding sa nangyari?

Good morning po..ang concern kulang po nag withdraw po ako sa rcbc atm beach front boracay..nang 4000 nag loading po siya nang matagal hangat wala lumabas na cash.....tapos umulit naman po ako withdraw ako ulit nang 100 ganun parin wala pong lumabas na cash..ang problema po sa resibo nakunan ang po ang balance ko..peru wala naman ako nakuha na cash..

Anu pu gagawin ko..maibabalik ko paba yung cash na hindi ko po na withdraw..
