Am wondering why my Mastercard Credit Card was blocked since am paying it religiously monthly. I made a purchase at Abenson to find out that it was Blocked. as far as i know i did not accept your credit card since the beginning, when your representative called me. So why should i pay the annual fee since i did not used your card? what happened that time was, your agent ask my name and other details knowing that it just an interview and he said the it just a validation. because i said that i don't need another credit card since i already had one. he pictured my metrobank credit card and my id's. when i went home i just realize that he got all the information about me... And i called metrobank customer service to change my credit card and paid 600 for the new card... I 've felt scum so i immediately change my credit card. I called many times to cancel my accounts but i can't connect to your hotlines...
by the way i'am mrs. arleni dc. aquino of pambuan national high school...
This is my concerns and i want an immediate response about this matter because its troublesome in my part...

Your citibank hotline is nonsense. How can i talk to any of your customer service rep if there is no option to speak to a customer service representative. Ive called so many times. Third week of july,three gentlemen went to our school and telling about the credit card of citi bank,they ask us about if we have a credit card,at first we resist to entertainthem,but they say that you are not going to pay anything
just fill the form,but so that it will be easier we will be the one to fill up the form.they get our credit card num by the other bank,our name and so forth.
my question is,have you ever send somebody to go here in baguio to promote about the credit card of citi?they gave us umbrella as free.
