I upgraded my plan from Onesky 999 to Onesky 1599 to get at least 8mbps last April 14,2017. But since from the start until now i only get only 2mbps or less.I keep on reporting this to you but my service still not fix nor update and still getting 2mbps or less(with screenshot proof).But you know what is updated my Bill.You are quick and good on updating my bill but for my service for me to get what i supposed to get still nothing and you want me to pay the whole plan and not getting the right service that i supposed to have??On the chat you already told me that you will do adjustment for my bill but it did not happen.i supposed to get adjustment from April-May and May- June bill. And as per agreement they will wave the Conversion fee for 350.00 pesos that why i get th upgrade.What i can see on my bill . i have charges that is not part of the plan that i choose.. I want someone to take action of this as quick and as soon as possible. I already taking action on this legally. I already have my lawyer prepare all the cases that we can file on this company. I already have all proof of all my complain. So better to fix it . Im already trying to reach radio station to let everyone hear my complain also.
