Marketing agents: - 18 yrs. old and above - Must have atleast 2 straight years call center experience - Exceptional english communication skills and call handling skills - Flexible to changes and has sense of urgency - Time Management Skills - Can work under pressure, and can deliver set goals Medical Transcriptionist: - Atleast 1 experience from a call center environment required - Must be at least 3rd year college level or graduated any MEDICAL related course - Must have knowledge in basic anatomy, medical terms, and medicine names - Good problem solving, trouble shooting, and decision making skills - Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status - Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute or higher (preferred) - Execellent English comprehensive and listening skills - Willing to be trained Send us with the following requirements: - A resume with picture and real contact information, - A cover letter in english (describing their real experience with the call center you worked in.
