Java (1.6.0_15) not working on Mac OS X Snow Leopard (10.6.2). Why? I haven't used Java or visited any sites that use java applets in quite some time. However, today I did happen to run across a website that does have a java applet and to my surprise I get the following Security Exception error:

This is a problem with proxy settings. Try playing with the network proxy preferences.
