My fully charged surface pro 2 won't turn on again

My fully charged surface pro 2 won't turn on again It has been on the charger for two whole days, and now it won't turn back on. Is it because it isn't charging, or because it's completely broken?

Uhhh did both thing and nothing worked. Any ideas to fix this without having to a service call?

I tried all the above solution nothing works I have surface pro 2

when my tablet does this I plug it in for 10 minutes then hold down the power botton for at least 30 seconds
