My mesage light on the handset won't stop blinking, but no messages Came home one day to find the message light on the handsets blinking, but there were no messages. Replaced the battery in the handset not too long ago (1-2 months), tried removing the battery and replacing, unplugged the phone (didn’t work, tried to reset from the handset - nothing has worked. Any suggestions?

"Hi,

When you say that you tried to reset it,did you use the following procedure?

With the phone in standby, open the menu and select Global Setup; select VMWI Reset, then select Yes.

If this doesn’t work, try de-registering the phone from the base station and then re-registering it again.
