"Hi,

Does your model GPU card have provision for a power cable to be connected to it? Some versions of the card have the power socket and others don’t and they rely solely on the power being supplied by the PCIe slot.

If it does have a power cable connected to it, do the paperclip test on the PSU and check that there is power on the cable going to the GPU card (also disconnect the power cable from the card to test).

If it doesn’t have a power cable connected to it, can you try a different PCIe slot and check if it works there?

If the PSU power supplies test OK and if the card doesn’t work in another slot (or if it is not compatible with them) then it seems like the GPU card has died.

Fixing GPU cards is hard mainly because usually there is no schematics available or none that I’ve ever found."
