Startup repair recovery screen

The unit was sitting unpowered and unplugged for a few years. When booting PC the system detects an error and goes directly to a start up recovery screen and the on screen options are to start the recovery or cancel.. The problem is I can’t use the touch screen and the mouse and keyboard are not being detected either.. Trying to figure out what happened.. The keyboard and mouse are wireless and the system is a 320 not a 300

"As far as the mouse and keyboard go, its bluetooth. The OS has to turn on the bluetooth.

You can’t get past stages of boot.

Sounds like you need to reinstall the OS.

Buy a new battery, you can find them in any drugstore. CVS. $3?

The boot menu doesn’t seem to be correct and the PC is asking to restore. Use a wired keyboard for now."
