Touch screen crazy behavior

Hello , I´ve a serious problem with my Iphone X , the tactile interface creates random clicks on display. For example if I manage to open the calculator some numbers are not working and in other moments start to type ramdom numbers 88789383... and do on. I´m not sure if the problem would be fixed replacing the complete display assembly or I need to replace other parts.

"The display is the likely issue here however given that your phone is surely still under warranty, I would suggest you have it replaced by Apple.

If your phone shows any signs of physical damage, they may refuse to to change the screen in which case a reputable third party repair shop can help you out or you can try it yourself."

My phone had become very glitchy. It would type random numbers or change screens on its own or wouldn’t recognize a touch. After calling Apple three times and going to the Apple store twice, they determined I needed a new display. Since it was still under warranty, there was no charge. So far, problems been solved.
