Why am I getting this Error : F3-F200-0002?

Why am I getting this Error : F3-F200-0002? I don't know, or understand why I keep getting this error message every time I turn my computer on. When I start up the computer, the Windows OS shows a screen that says Error: F3-F200-0002. Is there any way to fix this? Please help. Thanks in advance.
