Why is my tablet frozen on the Acer screen?

Why is my tablet frozen on the Acer screen? So a few days ago, out of nowhere, my tablet shut off and is frozen on the Acer screen. I already tried the reset and factory reset but it refuses to get off that screen!!! Pliss halp!!!

Hold down on the power button and the volume down buttons for a 10 sec then do it again for another few seconds. Hope this helps

Hi I have a similar problem my Acer goes past the Acer screen to where the android word pops and it changes from blue to white , back and forth. Then the Android word disappears and within about a minute it comes back, about 3 minutes later it disappears again and just continues to do this. I have tried to reset it with no luck. Does anyone have any suggestions?
