Automatically adds a digit to the end of my entry

Automatically adds a digit to the end of my entry My calculator automatically adds a 9 to my last number every time I try to do math. For example, I type 5 + 6 and expect =11, but calculator does 5 + 69 and I get =74 :(

I know how to reset the calculator but when I try, I am unable to arrow over to Y on this screen:

RESET: N Y

I also tried holding down ON and CLEAR at the same time but that is not working to reset the calculator either."

shorted PCB keys, try to clean the PCB keys with alcohol (To dismantle, you'll need to apply hot air on the boss around 200°C)
