Is this even close to being repairable or is it a waste of time?

Is this even close to being repairable or is it a waste of time?

Found this logic board on eBay for a early 2011, has really bad water damage, probably not fixable but do you think I should get it just for practicing and finding shorts?

You could probably learn more from a moldy loaf of bread.

"@gigabit87898 honestly, I wouldn't get the board as a donor board or to practice on. Only buy non-liquid damaged boards from China to use parts from, never use parts from a liquid damaged board.

This has clearly been through a lot, so I would not even bother to repair it, more will just go wrong with it. It will also give wrong readings if you are using it to compare the values to another one you try and fix..."
