MacBook wont turn on, will display green adapter light/orange charging

"You are in luck. First what you will have to do is remove the bottom cover of the MacBook. Then you will need to jump these two contacts (top picture, ignore bottom one)

they can be found to the left of the red square on this picture and over the two smaller connectors.
