My 3DS XL has a block in the headphone port

My 3DS XL has a block in the headphone port When I were using my 3DS XL with headphones, the headphones broke and a piece got stuck in the headphone port. It means that I can only use headphones with a part removed. Here's what they look. (you can't see the block that's stuck there) What I can do to remove it?
