Why are there horizontal lines and double images
Sony Bravia KDL46W4100 LCD TV is 2yrs old, when I first power it up now there are horizontal lines and double images just on the right side of the screen, the left is fine. This will go away after 5-10 minutes then the picture looks good. I had someone tell me to power off, unplug the TV and wait a couple minutes and plug back into a different outlet but got the same results. I also replaced the expensive surge block it was plugged into as requested and it still does it.
