Why do coffee grounds keep showing up in my brewed coffee?

Why do coffee grounds keep showing up in my brewed coffee?

Almost every morning, i get a nice mouthful of coffee grounds when i get towards the bottom of the pot. What is the easiest way to eliminate this issue without buying a new coffee maker?

"A lot of times, this is caused by the paper filter not sitting in the coffee maker correctly. The easiest way to fix this is to buy a reusable filter. The reusable ones don't ever have issues like this. If you don't want to do this, I was always told to flip the paper filter inside out before installing in which helps it stick to the walls of the basket.

I have a reusable coffee filter and I am having this issue. Ive cleaned the pot, made sure the valve is clear and working, and still can't figure this out. I would definitely not say reusable filters are the 100% solution, but they are handy.
