Why my printer always jamming when loaded a thin/ordinary paper?

Why my printer always jamming when loaded a thin/ordinary paper?

When i want to check the nozzle using ordinary bond paper, my printer (epson L805) always having an error pertaining to paper jam but when i used some thick paper like velum or photopaper it works fine. Hope someone can figure this out
