Amazon fire stick remote not working
My fire stick remote broke, so I used my tv remote. However, I recently accidentally disabled HDMI-CEC for the Fire stick so now, I can’t operate the fire stick whatsoever. How can I fix this?

I experienced this same problem. The update to my remote didn't work, and then it began lagging. To fix the issue, I contacted Amazon customer support for help, and we tried finding different solutions for several hours before finally find out that the remote has connectivity issue.
