Amazon fire stick won't come in but other apps do.
My I use my amazon stick my home screen is blank, as well as movies, TV etc. but if I scroll to Apps I can get Netflix and other apps. What would cause this, could it be my remote, or something else. I can get my amazon to work on my Ipad, which may have nothing tomdo with this. I am not very savvy with all these devices. Please help!
ANSWERS:
Have you tried unplugging the stick and then re-inserting the stick into the TV? The reboot might solve the glitch you have mentioned. Let me know what you find out!
