You have to have the tv on the correct source. I have 4 and sometimes it will get set to the wrong source.

Fixed problem by unplugging firestick power cord from the wall, turning it 180 degrees and plugged it back in. I dont know why or how this worked but it did."

Hello diane_whitt2000, You need to give more information about your firestick not coming on. Has it ever worked before or is this a new unit? Have you checked all of the connections to see if they are installed/inserted correctly? Did you call Amazon for free support?

You do not charge an amazon fire stick lol u just plug it in to wall and leave it plugged in always
