Can I use a different watchband with the watch?

Can I use a different watchband with the watch? I'd like to use a metal watchband with the watch. Can I replace the plastic band that's on it?

Actually no, the connection for the Samsung Gear live is not made to accept alternative replacement bands other than those from Samsung who does not have any more replacements in stock. I have 3 replacement bands that will not stay on.
