DIODE blowing and don't know why

DIODE blowing and don't know why I have a 2000 Integra with b20 when I go to shift outta 1st gear into second, the car just dies, look under the hood and the EFI/EM 15 amp fuse keeps blowing, I would change it out and car will start right back up, but keeps blowing that same fuse, even tried going a lower amperage, checked ignition coil, spark plugs, don't know why
