check loom & harness for any damage first, if none them try this…. there is a built in amp is some dodge trucks, theres a small black wire that goes into the back of the standard stereo that is the negative for the stock amp, you need to feed that into the negative for the aftermarket stereo in the loom. connect the remote amp wires from the stereo to the loom adaptor and connect the power antenna to the switch 12v. try a multimeter if not to check for any faults in the wiring. r install the stock radio again and check if all the speakers work again.
