Is a relay fuse box for an 05 compatible with an 07?

Is a relay fuse box for an 05 compatible with an 07? The main relay fuse box is getting extremely hot and is causing the van to shut down while slowing to a stop or already stopped. I need to replace it and need to know if I can use one from an older model. Please someone help.
