label for replacement of Charge HR

label for replacement of Charge HR Was sent FedEx address label to print off and send Fitbit back. Couldn't print and FedEx said because I had tried to print they couldn't bring up label. Could you sent another label for FedEx to download to be able to mail back for replacement. Thank you
