My speedometer not working but everything else works all my gauges I have a 1985 Chevy blazer s10 my speedometer not working but everything else works all my gauges does anybody know?

"LiLBO1D3R your 1985 speedometer is cable driven. If it is not working your may have a broken Speedometer cable, a busted gear in the transmission or a broken speedo.

You can check your speedometer by removing the instrument cluster and then using a drill with a small bit or hex bit. Stick that into the back of the speedometer and give it a spin. If it doesn’t show anything on your speedometer you may have a broken spring in the cluster. Most commonly so it is the cable."
